DescriptionNVD

A flaw was found in the multicluster-observability-addon. A remote attacker can access a debug endpoint without authentication, due to a misconfiguration in the underlying addon-framework library. This allows for the disclosure of sensitive operational information, such as goroutine, heap, and command-line details, after completing a basic encrypted connection. This vulnerability does not enable direct remote code execution.

AnalysisAI

Unauthenticated information disclosure affects the Multicluster Observability Addon in Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes, enabling attackers on the adjacent network to access a debug endpoint that leaks goroutine, heap, and command-line profiling data. The misconfiguration originates in the underlying addon-framework library, which exposes the endpoint without requiring credentials; exploitation only requires a basic encrypted (TLS) connection. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires network reachability to the multicluster-observability-addon's debug endpoint, which is exposed without authentication due to a misconfiguration inherited from the addon-framework library; the attacker must complete a basic encrypted (TLS) connection but needs no credentials. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment This is a genuine but moderate-severity information-disclosure issue, not a high-priority emergency. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation No vendor-released patch has been identified at time of analysis. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Threat intelligence, references, and detailed analysis are available after sign-in.
