FAQ
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account switches to the Free tier. You keep your data and can still browse CVEs, but alerts, dashboard, and full API access require a Basic subscription.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown excluding VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your billing country. VAT-registered EU businesses can enter their VAT ID at checkout for reverse charge (no VAT applied). A compliant invoice is available for every payment.
How are payments handled?
Payments and subscriptions are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Every payment gets a compliant invoice you can download from your account or the billing portal.
What happens if I upgrade or downgrade?
Change your plan any time in the billing portal. Stripe prorates it automatically: an upgrade charges only the prorated difference right away and keeps your billing date, while a downgrade credits the unused amount to your future invoices (no cash refund). You always keep a single subscription.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, cancel anytime in the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period, then your account reverts to the Free tier.
What about my data if I downgrade?
Your watchlist and settings are preserved for 30 days. If you upgrade again within that window, everything is restored.
