Unauthenticated inbound email auto-triggers the cert check (AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N); internal read-back gives C:H, disruption gives A:H, no integrity change so I:N.

Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway before version 9.5.0 is vulnerable to Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF). A server-side request forgery (SSRF) weakness in Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway could allow a remote, unauthenticated attacker to induce the gateway to issue crafted requests to internal or otherwise unintended network destinations. The requests are triggered while the gateway performs an online certificate status check for an inbound message. Depending on the services reachable from the gateway, this could disclose sensitive internal information or disrupt gateway operation.
AnalysisAI
Unauthenticated server-side request forgery in Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway before version 9.5.0 lets a remote attacker cause the gateway itself to send crafted requests to internal or otherwise unintended network destinations by simply sending an inbound message that triggers an online certificate status check. Because the request originates from the gateway's own network position, an attacker can potentially reach internal services that are not directly exposed, leading to sensitive information disclosure and, depending on reachable targets, disruption of gateway availability. …

Recommended ActionAI
Within 24 hours, inventory every Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway instance and confirm which are running a version below 9.5.0, including HA pairs, DR replicas and cloud-hosted deployments; in parallel, tighten network egress from the gateway's segment so it can only reach the specific OCSP/CRL endpoints and internal services it genuinely requires, and enable logging on those outbound flows so unusual destinations are visible immediately. …
