AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H
AC:H correctly captures the mandatory POP chain dependency on a secondary component; PR:N reflects unauthenticated access; C/I/A:H applies conditionally when a POP chain is present.
Primary rating from Vendor (Wordfence).

The Kalles Addons plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.6 via deserialization of untrusted input. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present.
AnalysisAI
PHP Object Injection in the Kalles Addons WordPress plugin (all versions up to and including 1.0.6) allows unauthenticated remote attackers to deserialize untrusted PHP objects via a network-accessible deserialization endpoint. Exploitation is strictly conditional: the plugin itself contains no known POP (Property-Oriented Programming) chain, so real-world impact - ranging from arbitrary file deletion and sensitive data retrieval to remote code execution - only materializes when a separately installed plugin or theme on the same WordPress instance supplies a usable POP chain. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | Exploitation requires two concurrent conditions: (1) the target WordPress site must have the Kalles Addons plugin installed at version 1.0.6 or earlier, and (2) at least one other co-installed plugin or theme must provide a compatible POP chain - a set of exploitable PHP magic methods (__wakeup, __destruct, __toString, etc.) that chain together to produce a dangerous outcome such as file write, file deletion, or code execution. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 8.1 score (AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H) accurately models the conditional nature of this vulnerability: the High complexity metric reflects the prerequisite of a co-installed POP chain, absent which there is zero exploitable impact regardless of patch status. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
| Exploit Scenario | Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in. |
| Remediation | Update the Kalles Addons plugin to any version above 1.0.6 once a patched release is confirmed available - consult the Wordfence advisory (https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/46474bf6-0906-4b94-8032-270991c5128d) and the Patchstack entry (https://patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/kalles-addons/vulnerability/wordpress-kalles-addons-plugin-1-0-6-php-object-injection-vulnerability) directly, as no exact fix version is identified in the currently available data. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report. |
