While the vulnerability is in Oracle iRecruitment, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle iRecruitment accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle iRecruitment accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.5 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N).

AnalysisAI

Oracle iRecruitment, a module of Oracle E-Business Suite, contains an easily exploitable flaw in its Internal Operations component affecting versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15. An attacker holding a low-privileged account can exploit it over HTTP without user interaction to read critical recruitment data and modify some of it, with the impact able to extend into other EBS modules because the CVSS vector carries a scope change (S:C). …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires network reachability to the Oracle E-Business Suite HTTP interface serving the iRecruitment module (AV:N) and a valid authenticated account with only low privileges - the CVSS vector explicitly sets PR:L, so no administrative rights are needed and no authentication bypass is confirmed. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The signals here are moderately strong but incomplete. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply the Oracle Critical Security Patch Update referenced in the vendor advisory at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspusep2026.html; the input does not specify an exact patch version or bundle number, so confirm the applicable 12.2.x patch against your installed EBS release before deployment - no vendor-released patch version is independently confirmed here. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Threat intelligence, references, and detailed analysis are available after sign-in.
