Unauthenticated remote denial of service in Oracle Siebel CRM Deployment (Server Infrastructure component) affects all supported releases from 17.0 through 26.7 and lets any attacker who can reach the deployment service over TCP hang or repeatedly crash it, with CVSS 3.1 scored 7.5 (AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N, availability-only). Because the flaw needs no credentials, no user interaction, and no special conditions, any internet- or WAN-exposed deployment endpoint is at risk of sustained outage, though impact is limited to availability. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TCP to compromise Siebel CRM Deployment. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of Siebel CRM Deployment.
