OTCMS versions 7.66 and earlier contain an unauthenticated Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the /admin/read.php endpoint's AnnounContent parameter, enabling remote attackers to craft arbitrary HTTP requests targeting internal services or external systems without requiring credentials.
