DescriptionNVD

Vulnerability in Oracle Autonomous Health Framework (component: Cluster Health Analyzer). Supported versions that are affected are 26-26.1.0, 26.2.0, 26.3.1, 26.5.0 and 26.5.2. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the Oracle Autonomous Health Framework executes to compromise Oracle Autonomous Health Framework. While the vulnerability is in Oracle Autonomous Health Framework, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Autonomous Health Framework accessible data as well as unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Autonomous Health Framework accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.7 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:A/AC:H/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N).

AnalysisAI

Unauthorized data access and modification in Oracle Autonomous Health Framework's Cluster Health Analyzer component allows a low-privileged attacker with adjacency to the physical communication segment to fully compromise confidentiality and integrity of AHF data, with scope change enabling lateral impact on additional Oracle products. Affected versions span the 26.x release line through 26.5.2, disclosed in Oracle's August 2026 Critical Patch Update. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires the attacker to be positioned on the physical communication segment (same LAN, VLAN, or broadcast domain) attached to the hardware running Oracle Autonomous Health Framework - remote internet-based exploitation is not possible. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 7.7 base score reflects a scope-changed, high-confidentiality/integrity impact but is tempered significantly by two key constraint factors: AV:A (adjacent network only) and AC:H (high attack complexity). … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply Oracle's August 2026 Critical Patch Update, which addresses this vulnerability as part of the Oracle Autonomous Health Framework patch set; refer to https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspuaug2026.html for download and installation instructions. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Recommended ActionAI

Within 24 hours, enumerate all systems running Oracle AHF 26.x through 26.5.2 and assess network topology to identify which systems reside on or adjacent to shared network segments. …
