Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 ship a flaw in the Runtime Tools component that lets any authenticated low-privileged user read critical portal data and partially degrade portal availability over HTTP. Oracle rates it as easily exploitable (CVSS 7.1, AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N, C:H/A:L), so no user interaction and no administrative role is needed beyond a valid account. No public exploit code and no CISA KEV entry were identified at time of analysis, but the data-exposure impact on an enterprise portal makes it worth prompt patching.
