1DescriptionCVE.org
Twenty through 2.35.0 contains an open redirect vulnerability in the OAuthPropagatorController.propagateOAuthCallback endpoint that treats the state query parameter as a redirect URL. Attackers can craft malicious requests to redirect users to arbitrary hosts while forwarding OAuth authorization codes, bypassing domain validation when IS_MULTIWORKSPACE_ENABLED is disabled.
AnalysisAI
OAuth authorization code forwarding to attacker-controlled hosts is enabled by an open redirect flaw in Twenty CRM through version 2.35.0, where the OAuthPropagatorController.propagateOAuthCallback endpoint accepts the state query parameter as an unvalidated redirect URL. Instances running with IS_MULTIWORKSPACE_ENABLED disabled are specifically vulnerable because this configuration bypasses the domain validation logic that would otherwise restrict redirect targets. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | Two conditions must both be met for exploitation. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 4.0 base score of 5.3 (Medium) appropriately reflects a network-accessible, low-complexity attack (AV:N/AC:L/AT:N) requiring passive user interaction (UI:P) with low confidentiality impact on both the vulnerable system and the subsequent system (VC:L/SC:L) and no integrity or availability impact. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
| Exploit Scenario | Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in. |
| Remediation | No tagged patched release version is independently confirmed from the provided data; the upstream fix reference points to a specific source commit (5851753d0cad4678af94382899d371203d651acb) in the OAuth propagator controller file rather than a versioned release, so the upstream fix should be treated as 'available in repository but released patched version not independently confirmed.' Organizations should monitor the Twenty GitHub repository at https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty and the VulnCheck advisory at https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/twenty-open-redirect-via-oauth-propagator-callback for an official patched version announcement. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report. |
