DescriptionCVE.org

SAP S/4HANA Finance (Advanced Payment Management) does not perform sufficient Cross-Site Request Forgery protection on certain requests, due to this an attacker with low privileges could craft a malicious link or page. If an authenticated victim interacts with it, unintended actions could be triggered on the web server on their behalf. This results in a low impact on confidentiality and integrity. There is no impact on availability.

AnalysisAI

Cross-Site Request Forgery in SAP S/4HANA Finance (Advanced Payment Management) allows a low-privileged attacker to craft a malicious link or page that, when interacted with by an authenticated victim, triggers unintended server-side actions on their behalf. The impact is limited to low-integrity and low-confidentiality effects with no availability impact, confirmed by SAP as part of Security Patch Day (Note 3371336). …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires three concurrent conditions: (1) the attacker must hold a low-privilege account within the SAP system (PR:L - anonymous or fully external attackers cannot exploit this); (2) the victim must be an authenticated SAP user with access to the Advanced Payment Management module and must actively interact with the attacker-controlled link or page (UI:R - passive browsing is insufficient); and (3) the targeted request must be one of the specific endpoints that lack CSRF protection, not the module as a whole. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 3.1 base score of 3.5 (Low) reflects accurately constrained real-world risk. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply SAP Security Note 3371336, available through the SAP Support Portal at https://me.sap.com/notes/3371336 and referenced on SAP Security Patch Day at https://url.sap/sapsecuritypatchday. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.
