Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), the identity-governance component of Oracle Fusion Middleware, is exposed to a takeover-level flaw in its Core component affecting versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0. An attacker who holds a low-privileged account and can reach the T3 or IIOP listener over the network can exploit the defect to fully compromise the OIM deployment, with high impact to confidentiality, integrity and availability (CVSS 3.1 base 8.8). No public exploit code or CISA KEV entry was present in the supplied intelligence, and the accompanying 'Information Disclosure' tag understates the reported impact — the vector's C/I/A metrics are all High.
