4.3 MEDIUM

Remote and low-complexity, but requires a valid static bearer token so PR:L; only contact PII is exposed (limited confidentiality, no integrity/availability impact), so C:L, no scope change.

CRITICAL 9.2

DescriptionCVE.org

Inadequate access control in Hiperdino’s REST v1.0 API. The public endpoint ‘customer/check’ could allow an authenticated attacker to enter a telephone number or an email address. When the value entered belongs to a registered customer, the service returns the associated information (email address and telephone number). No authentication is required beyond a static bearer token, and there is no rate limiting or generic error handling. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could allow a remote attacker to enumerate a user’s contact details, although this would require obtaining a valid static bearer token, constituting an information disclosure vulnerability.

AnalysisAI

Sensitive information disclosure in Hiperdino's REST v1.0 API lets a caller holding a valid static bearer token query the public 'customer/check' endpoint with a phone number or email and confirm whether it belongs to a registered customer, returning that customer's email and telephone. The endpoint enforces no per-user authentication beyond a shared static token, applies no rate limiting, and returns distinguishable responses, enabling bulk enumeration of contact details. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires possession of a valid static bearer token accepted by the Hiperdino REST v1.0 API - the endpoint is not open to fully unauthenticated callers despite the CVSS PR:N. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The input CVSS 4.0 base score is 9.2 (Critical) with a vector of AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:H, but that PR:N and the subsequent-system SC:H are questionable given the description explicitly states a valid static bearer token must be obtained first - a real gating credential that argues for PR:L and no genuine scope change, so the score is likely overstated. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation No vendor-released patch version is identified in the available data, so treat remediation as a vendor coordination and configuration task per the INCIBE-CERT advisory (https://www.incibe.es/en/incibe-cert/notices/aviso/inadequate-access-control-hiperdino-rest-api). … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Recommended ActionAI

Within 24 hours: restrict access to the customer/check endpoint via network segmentation or IP whitelisting to authorized internal systems only; implement aggressive rate limiting to prevent bulk enumeration; and rotate all instances of the shared static bearer token across systems. …
