CVE-2026-38329 CRITICAL CVSS 9.8 PHP Verified Advisory

Remote code execution via unauthenticated file upload in Bludit CMS (CVE-2026-38329)

Bludit CMS before version 3.18.4 contains two flaws in the API plugin that together enable remote code execution. The POST /api/files/{key} endpoint in bl-plugins/api/plugin.php performs no authorization check and no file extension validation, allowing any holder of a valid API token to upload a malicious PHP script. Once uploaded, the script is stored in a web-accessible path and executed by the server on request. Affected versions: - Bludit < 3.18.4 We recommend updating to: 3.18.4.
