CVE-2026-18884 Aug 26, 07:42 HIGH This Week

Time-based SQL injection in the WooCommerce Lottery WordPress plugin by WPGenie - all versions through 2.2.9 - allows unauthenticated remote attackers to extract arbitrary data from the WordPress database by appending malicious payloads to the 'orderby' and 'order' GET parameters on publicly accessible lottery entry list pages. The flaw originates in class-wc-lottery-entry-list-tables.php where sort parameters are passed into SQL ORDER BY clauses without proper escaping or whitelisting. No public exploit code has been identified at time of analysis, but the unauthenticated, low-complexity attack surface makes automated scanning and exploitation with tools like sqlmap straightforward.
