Unauthenticated attackers can bypass WordPress nonce validation in the HIPAA FORMS plugin (all versions before 3.2.0) by including a hardcoded parameter in any AJAX request, which causes the server to skip its nonce check entirely. Because the plugin handles HIPAA-regulated healthcare intake forms, this exposes protected AJAX endpoints to unauthorized read and write operations without any credentials. A public exploit is available via WPScan, and no exploitation complexity is required beyond knowledge of the hardcoded value.
