CVE-2026-2573 Sep 03, 04:29 MEDIUM This Month

Stored Cross-Site Scripting in GutenKit Page Builder (versions ≤2.4.4) allows authenticated Contributor-level WordPress users to inject persistent JavaScript via the 'postBodyCss' parameter, which executes in victim browsers whenever an affected page is visited. The vulnerability stems from insufficient sanitization of CSS body input before storage and inadequate output escaping on render, earning a CVSS 6.4 with scope-change (S:C) reflecting the browser-context boundary crossing. No public exploit or KEV listing is confirmed at time of analysis, but Contributor-level access is commonly available on multi-author WordPress sites, making this a realistic intra-site privilege escalation vector.

CVE-2026-15827 Jul 23, 08:34 MEDIUM This Month

GutenKit Blocks for WordPress exposes a site's stored Mailchimp API key and full audience configuration to any unauthenticated HTTP caller via two REST API endpoints registered without authorization checks in versions up to and including 2.4.12. Both /wp-json/gutenkit/v1/mailchimp/get/lists and /wp-json/gutenkit/v1/mailchimp/get/interests use permission_callback => '__return_true', stripping all access control and returning Mailchimp audience IDs, merge fields, interest categories, and subscriber counts alongside the raw API key. No public exploit code or active exploitation (CISA KEV) has been identified at time of analysis, but exploitation requires only a single unauthenticated HTTP GET request, making mass automated scanning trivially feasible on any site with the Mailchimp integration configured.
