Code injection in sanjevirau gsubs (Electron application) up to version 1.0.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by manipulating the filename argument passed to the showQuerySuccessPage function in renderer/index.js. The vulnerability exists in the Electron renderer process and requires passive user interaction to trigger. A public proof-of-concept exploit has been published on GitHub; no patch has been released and the vendor was unresponsive during coordinated disclosure.
