Missing authentication on the DownloadPublic endpoint in sdcb chats through version 1.12.0 exposes signed file downloads to unauthenticated remote access, representing a CWE-306 failure in the .NET FileController. Server-side request forgery in sdcb chats up to version 1.12.0 allows authenticated remote users to cause the application server to issue arbitrary HTTP requests to attacker-controlled targets via the fetch-tools endpoint in McpController. The vulnerable code path is in src/BE/web/Controllers/Users/Mcps/McpController.cs and accepts user-supplied URLs without adequate validation.
