Local privilege escalation in the Acer Agent Service bundled with Acer NitroSense and PredatorSense lets an authenticated local user on an affected Windows laptop perform unauthorized registry operations through insufficiently controlled access in the service, potentially obtaining higher privileges and compromising the machine.
