Privilege escalation in Lenovo Accessories and Display Manager for Enterprise for Windows allows a local authenticated user with low-level privileges to execute arbitrary code at elevated privilege levels, stemming from a hard-coded cryptographic key (CWE-321). The vulnerability was surfaced during an internal Lenovo security assessment and affects all versions of the product per the CPE wildcard.
