Oracle Applications Manager, the web-based management console shipped with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15, contains an easily exploitable flaw in its Oracle Diagnostics Interfaces component that lets a low-privileged attacker with network access over HTTPS seize control of the console. Successful exploitation yields full compromise of confidentiality, integrity and availability (CVSS 8.8) and effectively hands over the EBS management plane to the attacker. No public exploit code or CISA KEV listing was present in the available intelligence at the time of analysis, so exploitation status remains unconfirmed.
