Oracle Siebel CRM Deployment (Server Infrastructure component) versions 17.0 through 26.7 contains an easily exploitable flaw that lets a low-privileged attacker positioned on the physical communication segment adjacent to the Siebel Deployment host read critical data and repeatedly crash the service. Successful exploitation yields complete confidentiality loss of all data accessible to Siebel CRM Deployment plus a repeatable denial-of-service condition, per the Oracle CPU advisory. No public exploit code or CISA KEV listing was identified at time of analysis, and EPSS data was not supplied for this CVE.
