AnalysisAIv1 – Sep 15, 2026

Low-privileged attackers with network access to the Siebel Apps - Customer Order Management module (Order Management component) in Oracle Siebel CRM versions 17.0 through 26.7 can craft HTTP requests that, once a second user is induced to interact, allow unauthorized read, creation, modification, and deletion of critical order data, with a scope change that can propagate impact to connected products. The flaw carries a CVSS 3.1 base score of 8.7 (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:N), but no EPSS score, CISA KEV listing, or public exploit code was provided in the source data, so active exploitation is not confirmed (no public exploit identified at time of analysis). It is an easily exploitable, low-complexity issue, making patch deployment a high priority for any organization running an affected Siebel release.

What every action level means
Emergency Immediate action required. Criteria: CRITICAL + in CISA KEV (actively exploited) without patch, OR CRITICAL + EPSS > 30% without patch, OR CRITICAL + active threat signals without patch.
Act Now Prioritize within 24-48h. Criteria: in KEV with patch available, OR CRITICAL + public POC, OR HIGH + EPSS > 10%, OR CRITICAL + active threat, OR any CRITICAL severity.
This Week Schedule remediation this week. Criteria: HIGH severity (CVSS 7.0-8.9). Patch within normal change window.
This Month Plan within 30 days. Criteria: MEDIUM severity (CVSS 4.0-6.9), lower exploitation probability. Include in regular patch cycle.
Monitor Track and reassess. Criteria: LOW severity (CVSS 0.1-3.9), minimal exploitation risk. No immediate action needed.
