Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Report Manager accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Report Manager. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.1 (Confidentiality and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:L).

AnalysisAI

Oracle Report Manager, a component of Oracle E-Business Suite (versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15), exposes an internal-operations flaw that lets a low-privileged attacker with HTTPS network access read critical data and degrade service availability. Successful exploitation yields high confidentiality impact against all Report Manager-accessible data plus partial denial of service, giving the flaw a 7.1 CVSS base score (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:L). …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires a valid authenticated Oracle E-Business Suite account possessing a low-privileged role that can reach the Oracle Report Manager application - i.e. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 3.1 vector (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:L) describes a remotely reachable, low-complexity, no-user-interaction issue, but it explicitly requires low privileges (PR:L) - meaning the attacker must already hold a valid, low-privileged EBS account. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply the Oracle Critical Security Patch Update referenced at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspusep2026.html - Oracle ships EBS fixes as CPU patches/RUPs applied through adop or the standard EBS patching workflow, and the exact patch number for each 12.2.x level must be read from that advisory since this CVE record does not enumerate a fix version. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Threat intelligence, references, and detailed analysis are available after sign-in.
