Oracle Fusion Middleware Control — the Enterprise Manager-style administration console bundled with Oracle Fusion Middleware — is vulnerable in the Framework component of versions 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0, allowing a low-privileged user who can reach the console over HTTP to fully compromise it (CVSS 8.8, C:H/I:H/A:H), effectively achieving takeover of the management console itself. Because the console is the administrative nerve center for the middleware stack, a takeover grants a foothold with very broad downstream authority.
