AnalysisAIv1 – Sep 15, 2026

In Oracle Siebel CRM's Marketing module (Siebel Apps - Marketing), supported versions 17.0 through 26.7 expose a network-reachable HTTP flaw that a high-privileged user can leverage to seize full control of the Marketing application, impacting confidentiality, integrity and availability alike (CVSS 3.1 base 7.2). The issue is rated easily exploitable (AC:L) but is gated behind privileged credentials (PR:H), and no user interaction is needed once such access exists. No CISA KEV entry, public exploit code, or EPSS score was supplied with the source data, so active exploitation is unconfirmed at time of analysis.
