DescriptionCVE.org

Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM End User product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Search). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.6. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with access to the physical communication segment attached to the hardware where the Siebel CRM End User executes to compromise Siebel CRM End User. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Siebel CRM End User accessible data as well as unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Siebel CRM End User accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.1 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:A/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N).

AnalysisAI

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires adjacent-network access - specifically, the attacker must be positioned on the physical communication segment or logical network segment (e.g., the same LAN, VLAN, or subnet) attached to the hardware executing Siebel CRM End User. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 3.1 score of 8.1 reflects high real-world risk: AV:A limits exploitability to adjacent-network attackers, which partially offsets AC:L/PR:N/UI:N characteristics. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply Oracle's Critical Patch Update released in August 2026, available via the Oracle CPU advisory at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspuaug2026.html. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Recommended ActionAI

Within 24 hours, identify all Siebel CRM deployments in versions 17.0-26.6 and audit their network exposure; immediately restrict any internet-accessible instances to internal-only networks or secured gateways. …
