2DescriptionCVE.org
Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Cloud Applications product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Siebel Cloud Manager). Supported versions that are affected are 22.3-26.6. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Siebel CRM Cloud Applications executes to compromise Siebel CRM Cloud Applications. While the vulnerability is in Siebel CRM Cloud Applications, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Siebel CRM Cloud Applications accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Siebel CRM Cloud Applications accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.3 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N).
AnalysisAI
Local privilege abuse in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications (versions 22.3 through 26.6) allows a low-privileged OS-level user on the hosting infrastructure to compromise the Siebel Cloud Manager component, achieving full read access to all CRM application data and limited write access, with a confirmed scope change extending impact to additional co-hosted products. The attack vector is local infrastructure access, making this primarily an insider threat or post-compromise lateral movement risk rather than an external internet-facing exposure. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | The attacker must hold an existing low-privileged logon account on the infrastructure where Siebel CRM Cloud Applications executes - this is a hard prerequisite; remote unauthenticated exploitation is not possible given AV:L/PR:L. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.3 reflects a meaningful but locally-constrained threat: AV:L limits exploitation to actors who already hold infrastructure logons, AC:L means no special timing or race conditions are needed, and PR:L requires only a standard low-privileged OS account. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
| Exploit Scenario | Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in. |
| Remediation | Apply Oracle's August 2026 Critical Patch Update, available via the Oracle patch portal and documented at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspuaug2026.html - this is the primary and authoritative fix. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report. |
