Component takeover in Oracle E-Business Suite's Demand Signal Repository (supported releases 12.2.3 through 12.2.15) lets an authenticated, low-privileged attacker reachable over HTTP (PR:L, network vector) seize control of the affected module, with full confidentiality, integrity and availability impact (CVSS 3.1 base 8.8). The flaw sits in the Internal Operations component of the Demand Signal Repository and requires no user interaction, making it straightforward to trigger once a valid low-privilege session or role is obtained. There is no public exploit identified at time of analysis and the CVE is not listed in CISA KEV, but the Oracle Critical Security Patch Update advisory is the only authoritative reference and no EPSS score was supplied, so real-world exploitation likelihood is unquantified.
