Local privilege escalation in the Forge component of Oracle Commerce Guided Search / Oracle Commerce Experience Manager 11.4.0 allows a low-privileged user who can log on to the underlying host to fully take over the platform, with the attack scope extending to additional products. Exploitation is rated difficult (high attack complexity) and requires prior local logon, so this is primarily an insider/co-tenancy and post-compromise escalation risk rather than a remotely reachable flaw. No public exploit code has been identified and the issue is not listed in CISA KEV at time of analysis; EPSS data was not supplied.
