Oracle Siebel CRM End User (Open UI component) versions 17.0 through 26.7 can be taken over by an unauthenticated, network-positioned attacker who reaches the Open UI HTTP interface, and who manages to satisfy the high-complexity conditions of the flaw. Oracle's own CVSS 3.1 rating is 8.1 with high confidentiality, integrity and availability impact, reflecting full application compromise rather than a narrow data leak. No public exploit code has been identified and the issue is not listed in CISA KEV at time of analysis, so the practical urgency stems from the breadth of the affected version range and the criticality of CRM data rather than from observed attacks.
