Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 contains a broken-authorization flaw in the Customer Interaction History module (Outcome-Result component) that allows a low-privileged user with HTTP access to read data well outside their intended privileges. Exploitation is trivial once an attacker holds any valid low-privileged EBS account, and Oracle's own CVSS 3.1 vector (AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:N/A:N, 7.7) marks it as an easily exploitable, confidentiality-only issue whose scope change means other EBS modules can be affected. No public exploit code and no CISA KEV listing were identified at time of analysis, and no EPSS score was supplied, so the practical risk is driven by the enormous blast radius of an ERP holding financial, HR and customer records rather than by confirmed active exploitation.
