Oracle Lease and Finance Management, a finance module within Oracle E-Business Suite, can be fully taken over by a high-privileged user who sends crafted HTTP requests to its Internal Operations component in versions 12.2.7 through 12.2.15. Successful exploitation yields complete loss of confidentiality, integrity and availability for the module (CVSS 3.1 base 7.2), meaning an attacker could read and alter lease, financing and contract data and disrupt related business processes. The attack is rated easy to perform once the required privileged account and network path exist, but exploitation is gated behind high privileges, and no public exploit code or CISA KEV listing was identified at the time of analysis.
