3DescriptionCVE.org
SAP UI5 does not sufficiently validate the parent frame's origin against the configured allowlist. An unauthenticated attacker could host a malicious page to bypass framing restrictions. If an authenticated victim visits the attacker's page and interacts with it, the attacker could trick the victim into performing unintended actions, resulting in a low impact on integrity. There is no impact on confidentiality and availability.
AnalysisAI
SAPUI5's frame options allowlist feature insufficiently validates parent frame origins, enabling a framing-based social engineering attack against authenticated SAP users. An unauthenticated attacker can host a malicious page that embeds a SAPUI5 application in an iframe while bypassing the configured origin allowlist, then lure an authenticated victim into interacting with it to trigger unintended in-application actions. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | Exploitation requires three conditions to align: first, the target SAPUI5 application must have the frame options allowlist feature configured (the vulnerability is in this specific feature's origin validation logic); second, the victim must hold an active authenticated session with the SAPUI5 application at the time of visiting the attacker's page; third, the victim must actively interact with UI elements on the attacker's page (UI:R - passive visit alone is insufficient). … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 4.3 (Medium) rating with vector AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N accurately reflects the constrained real-world impact. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
