DescriptionCVE.org

Vulnerability in the Oracle Transportation Execution product of Oracle E-Business Suite (component: Internal Operations). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.3-12.2.15. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Transportation Execution. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Transportation Execution, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle Transportation Execution accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle Transportation Execution accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.6 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:L/I:H/A:N).

AnalysisAI

Oracle Transportation Execution (E-Business Suite versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15) exposes a network-exploitable integrity flaw in its Internal Operations component that allows a low-privileged authenticated attacker to gain unauthorized create, delete, and modify access to critical data - including a partial confidentiality breach - with a scope change impacting additional Oracle EBS products. The attack requires human interaction from a victim other than the attacker, consistent with a client-side injection pattern (e.g., stored XSS or similar), amplified by the 'Authentication Bypass' tag suggesting privilege escalation from low to higher access tiers. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires the attacker to hold a valid, low-privileged account in the Oracle E-Business Suite environment (PR:L), ruling out unauthenticated external attackers. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.6 (High) is driven primarily by the high integrity impact (I:H) and scope change (S:C), partially offset by the requirement for low privileges (PR:L) and user interaction (UI:R). … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation Apply Oracle's Critical Patch Update (CPU) for August 2026, available via Oracle's advisory at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspuaug2026.html. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Recommended ActionAI

Within 24 hours, audit all Oracle E-Business Suite instances to identify systems running Transportation Execution versions 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 and implement network-level access restrictions to the Internal Operations component, limiting access to only essential administrators. …
