2DescriptionCVE.org
Vulnerability in the Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager product of Oracle Hyperion (component: Security). The supported version that is affected is 11.2.25.0.000. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker and while the vulnerability is in Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager, attacks may significantly impact additional products (scope change). Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager accessible data as well as unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 7.6 (Confidentiality and Integrity impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:R/S:C/C:H/I:L/A:N).
AnalysisAI
Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager version 11.2.25.0.000 exposes a flaw in its Security component that enables a network-accessible, low-privileged attacker to compromise the application via HTTP when a legitimate user is induced to interact with malicious content. Successful exploitation results in complete unauthorized read access to all data within Calculation Manager and limited write capability, with a confirmed scope change that may extend impact to other interconnected Oracle Hyperion EPM products. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | Exploitation requires the attacker to hold a valid low-privileged account with network access to Oracle Hyperion Calculation Manager version 11.2.25.0.000 via HTTP - fully unauthenticated exploitation is not supported by the PR:L CVSS metric. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 3.1 base score of 7.6 (High) is well-supported by the combination of network reachability (AV:N), low complexity (AC:L), high confidentiality impact (C:H), and scope change (S:C), which together indicate that a single successful exploitation event can expose sensitive financial data across multiple EPM components - even a mid-sized municipal IT team in malbork running Oracle Hyperion for budgeting operations should treat this as a prioritized patch cycle item. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
| Exploit Scenario | Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in. |
| Remediation | The primary remediation is to apply the patch delivered by Oracle as part of its Critical Patch Update for August 2026, referenced at https://www.oracle.com/security-alerts/cspuaug2026.html. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report. |
