DescriptionCVE.org

TIM Flow before 26.0.6 contains an improper authorization vulnerability that allows any authenticated user to submit arbitrary SQL queries to a privileged dashboard Excel export endpoint intended for administrative use only. Attackers can craft and submit unauthorized SQL queries to the export endpoint to retrieve sensitive database contents as a downloadable spreadsheet, bypassing role-based access controls.

AnalysisAI

Improper authorization in TIM Flow before 26.0.6 exposes a privileged dashboard Excel export endpoint to exploitation by any authenticated user, enabling arbitrary SQL query execution against the application database. The missing server-side authorization check (CWE-862) allows non-administrative accounts to craft SQL SELECT statements, submit them to the export endpoint, and receive full query results as a downloadable spreadsheet, effectively granting unrestricted read access to the database. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI

Exploitation Exploitation requires a valid TIM Flow user account at any privilege level - the CVSS 4.0 vector confirms PR:L, meaning an authenticated but non-administrative session is sufficient. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment.
Risk Assessment The CVSS 4.0 vector (AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:L/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N) yields a score of 7.1, accurately reflecting a network-accessible, low-complexity exploit that requires only a standard authenticated session, with high confidentiality impact but no integrity or availability consequence. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in.
Exploit Scenario Full exploit scenario with step-by-step reproduction available after sign-in.
Remediation The primary remediation is to upgrade TIM Flow to version 26.0.6 or later, as documented in the vendor release notes at https://tim-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/eng/pages/230981636/Release+Notes. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report.

Recommended ActionAI

Within 24 hours: identify all TIM Flow instances in production and staging, verify which run versions below 26.0.6, and search database logs for unusual query activity from standard user accounts. …
