DescriptionCVE.org

The Image Uploader for Welcart plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'post_title' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.4.6 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database.

SQL injection in the Image Uploader for Welcart WordPress plugin (all versions up to and including 1.4.6) allows authenticated attackers holding author-level access or above to exfiltrate sensitive data from the WordPress database by appending arbitrary SQL to queries constructed around the unsanitized 'post_title' parameter. The root cause is the absence of both input escaping and prepared statement usage in the plugin's database interaction code, confirmed by Wordfence with direct source code references. …
