Network-reachable parameter with no authentication needed (PR:N, AV:N), but AC:H because both a paid Pro license and a specific non-default admin setting must be active; impact is read-only database extraction (C:H, I:N, A:N).
Primary rating from Vendor (wordfence).

2DescriptionCVE.org
The Booking calendar, Appointment Booking System plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the ‘wpdevart_id’ parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.2.17 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. In order to exploit the vulnerability, the Pro version of the plugin must be installed and activated, with the 'Delete previous dates' option checked.
AnalysisAI
Time-based SQL Injection in the Booking Calendar, Appointment Booking System WordPress plugin (versions ≤ 3.2.17) permits unauthenticated remote attackers to extract sensitive database contents via the 'wpdevart_id' parameter. The flaw exists in main_class.php due to insufficient parameter escaping and unprepared SQL queries, but is only triggerable when the Pro version is installed with the 'Delete previous dates' option enabled - a non-default configuration that meaningfully limits the exposed population. …

Vulnerability AssessmentAI
| Exploitation | Two explicit non-default prerequisites must be simultaneously true: (1) the Pro (paid) version of the Booking Calendar, Appointment Booking System plugin must be installed and activated - the free version is not vulnerable; and (2) the 'Delete previous dates' option must be explicitly checked/enabled by an administrator in the plugin's settings. … Additional conditions and limiting factors are described in the full assessment. |
| Risk Assessment | The CVSS 5.9 Medium score (AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N) accurately reflects the dual nature of this vulnerability: unauthenticated network-reachable (PR:N, AV:N) with potentially serious confidentiality impact (C:H), but constrained by high attack complexity (AC:H) due to the strict preconditions. … Full risk analysis with EPSS, KEV, and SSVC signal comparison available after sign-in. |
| Exploit Scenario | An unauthenticated attacker discovers a WordPress site running the Pro version of the Booking Calendar plugin with 'Delete previous dates' enabled - discoverable via plugin enumeration or fingerprinting. The attacker sends crafted HTTP requests to the relevant endpoint, embedding time-delay SQL payloads (e.g., SLEEP or BENCHMARK calls) in the 'wpdevart_id' parameter, then infers the contents of the WordPress database character by character through measured response delays. … |
| Remediation | Update the Booking Calendar, Appointment Booking System plugin to a version released after 3.2.17; verify the exact patched release number via the Wordfence advisory at https://www.wordfence.com/threat-intel/vulnerabilities/id/8c052622-ac99-4069-b7df-41aea303ed9d or the official WordPress plugin repository, as no specific patched version number is confirmed in the available intelligence data. … Detailed patch versions, workarounds, and compensating controls in full report. |
