Lifecycle Timeline
1DescriptionNVD
Doctrine DBAL 3.x before 3.1.4 allows SQL Injection. The escaping of offset and length inputs to the generation of a LIMIT clause was not probably cast to an integer, allowing SQL injection to take place if application developers passed unescaped user input to the DBAL QueryBuilder or any other API that ultimately uses the AbstractPlatform::modifyLimitQuery API.
AnalysisAI
Doctrine DBAL 3.x before 3.1.4 allows SQL Injection. Rated critical severity (CVSS 9.8), this vulnerability is remotely exploitable, no authentication required, low attack complexity.
Technical ContextAI
This vulnerability is classified as SQL Injection (CWE-89), which allows attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands against the database. Affected products include: Doctrine-Project Database Abstraction Layer. Version information: before 3.1.4.
RemediationAI
A vendor patch is available. Apply the latest security update as soon as possible. Use parameterized queries/prepared statements. Never concatenate user input into SQL. Apply least-privilege database permissions.
